During our close and walk-through we were treated like VIPs. We only purchased a 25' class C, but were treated the same as the folks next to us that bought a larger coach.
The overnight stay was great. It gave us a chance to run all the systems and make sure everything worked. We will highly recommend MHSRV to anyone we meet who is looking at purchasing a new or used RV and if we decide to go bigger we will come back to MHSRV.
The Thor 24C is performing well. We were very impressed that Thor called us 3 days after our purchase to make sure we were happy and to give us the customer support number to call with any technical questions. That is great customer relations.

As a retired Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps, I appreciate professionalism and MHS excels in every aspect. From the first time we met Buck (our salesman) and told him what we were looking for, he treated us with respect and showed a vast knowledge of the different RVs that may meet our needs. We have been looking nationwide for a new coach for nearly two years. There is clearly not a better dealership than MHSRV anywhere. The prices are only the start. The no pressure approach with nice golf carts they loan you to see the wide selection of about 400 new units that are all open for review. When we narrowed our search to a few, Jimmy became our sales person. He explained in excellent detail the equipment and operations of each as we finally decided. One of the best parts; when we returned from Washington State to trade our old coach, their trade was fair and prompt to start the delivery process. We were encouraged to STAY TWO DAYS under cover fully hooked up with your own private parking and lawn while the staff of technicians stop by frequently to make sure you have working knowledge of all facets of operation of the coach. Even though this is not our first RV, the time taken by Bill, Steve and the hospitality of the entire staff allowed us to fully understand all aspects of the new motor home.

You have to be impressed with every part of Motor Home Specialist from the selection of RV's, knowledgeable staff and service department to the spotless grounds. Jim and I wanted to take a moment to share with you our wonderful experience of dealing with MHSRV and especially with Robert Easley.
Back in October I called MHSRV to inquire about RV's; I was transferred to Robert and thrilled to have gotten him on the other end of the phone.
I explained that we had no knowledge of RV's and were in the market to purchase one. I had a list of questions and he could not have been more patient with me. I hung up from him telling him that Jim and I would arrive a few weeks later. (I'm sure he didn't take me seriously.)
The day we met, I pre-warned him to be patient with me and that he was. We began our quest looking at Class C's; by time we left we knew we wanted a Class A. Robert could not have been more patient with our questions, the going back and forth of RV's and his honesty.
We had a 3 hour drive back to Austin and stopped in another dealer and left within minutes, it was apparent the salesman did not possess the knowledge of the RV'S as Robert had or the patience.
Back in RI we also found an RV we loved and then the phone calls back and forth began, again, Robert was fantastic, so needing to make a decision I flew back to Texas were we started all over again, and by time we left, we purchased a Thor, Daybreak.
Because I could not fly back again and Jim was in Austin my endless phone calls on how to transfer monies etc., fell upon Setsey who was just as patient and helpful.
The day we picked up our RV and we had one last favor that MHSRV helped us with, the storing of our car for a week so we could drive the RV back to RI, pack it, and drive back before arriving in Liberty Hill where we will be living in or Daybreak for several months. (Actually Robert did suggest it when he found out we were going to put the car in a lot at the airport for safety.)
From that initial phone call, to today, we could not be any happier.

Mr. O'Banion, I just want to say thanks for employing a great Professional Staff at your RV sales and service facility. I recently purchased a 2011 Forest River Berkshire. The knowledgeable Sales Associate was Jimmy Campana. Jimmy was friendly and ready to answer any questions I had about different motorhome models. I originally thought I would purchase a gas powered motorhome, after discussions with Jimmy I chose the diesel pusher. The most impressive thing about Jimmy was his no pressure sale. I have visited several other motorhome sales companies and they pressure the purchaser to buy the coach of their choice and to make a quick decision on the purchase.
The walk through with Bill Heath was also pleasant. Bill was knowledgeable about the coach I purchased and did not rush through the walk through. At the end he commented they if I had any additional question please call and at that time he gave me his business card.
I must admit when we first came to your business I was some what over whelmed by it's size and expected and arrogant sales staff. I was wrong!

The best part of the whole experience was there were no surprises. Everything went as planned. Realizing that my purchase was not a big deal looking at the scope of your business, I couldn't have been treated better if buying a Prevost. My only regret is that I will not be able to utilize your shop/service facility due to the distance. I will however, share my story and refer anyone interested.
