5%* + REGISTRATION

We sell for only 5%*+ registration. (Not the normal 10% or, worse yet, "flat rate" type of consignment. We work for less so you can price your RV for less. This gives us our best chance for a fast and successful sale.

$500.00 Registration fee includes:

Photos and all advertising Full color brochures of your R.V. Electricity for 90 days Complimentary bottled water in your R.V. Washing your RV at time of sale Free airport shuttle for you and your future customer if needed.

* Minimum $2,500 Commission. $500.00 registration due at time of consignment.

TRAFFIC

We have over 21 Acres under fence. Showcasing a ¼ mile of landscaped concrete frontage on I-35W. Landmarks include almost 100 flags including all 50 state flags and our beautiful 1800 SQ. FT. American flag. We have also recently installed two full color L.E.D. reader boards. These boards are a fantastic new addition to our facility and are two of only a handful in the entire country.

ELECTRICITY

Your RV is kept plugged up to 50/30 amp service and kept climate controlled during sales hours. This also allows us to provide cold bottled water in each refrigerator and keeps the batteries charged in your R.V. ADVERTISING Besides our incredible frontage we spend over a quarter million dollars a year in advertising. A few examples include: RV shows and super sales FMCA magazine Good Sams Billboards Newspaper and national coverage magazines Extensive internet coverage and placement Campground guides Direct mail Weekly 4 page centerfold of RV Trader magazine Radio Spots Trailer Life Sporting events Ralley sponsorships and festivals

FINANCING

Because we sell more than 25 million dollars a year in RVs, we have the finest lenders in the industry available. Offering 20 yrs. financing on most units (W.A.C.) not the normal 12 years or less like other, consignment only, facilities. This will make your RV more affordable to more people.

TRADE-INS

Motor Home Specialist buys the trades. We are not dependant upon other dealerships or investors to buy the trades or appraise their value.

WARRANTIES

We can provide extended warranties on almost any pre-owned RV regardless of age or value.

SPECIALIZATION

Unlike our competitors, we specialize in new and pre-owned luxury RV's. When selling a newer model motor home or fifth wheel you don't want it parked in a field somewhere next to someone's old 1982 model. Let the lure of other attractive rv's bring more potential and qualified buyers to yours.

SECURITY

The entire facility is lighted and fenced and we have on site residents who provide 24 hr. security. Your RV is literally right outside our bedroom window!
