Each chassis is power washed, inspected and re-painted on one of our three custom built 65,000 lb. lifts. The oil & filters in both the engine and generator are then changed and each unit is fully detailed literally from the top down during our “White Glove” final inspection process. From the more important services like steam cleaning the carpets, to the smallest of details like checking the batteries in your remote controls, these services and countless others are performed here at Motor Home Specialist. Best of all, these services are provided at no additional charge to you.
Up to 20 year finance terms are available on both our new and pre-owned units and trades-ins are, not only, welcome but can easily be bid from anywhere in the world using our online trade-in form.
If you are flying in from out of town it’s no problem, as a matter of fact at Motor Home Specialist it’s the norm. We will pick you up at the airport and bring you to your new RV. Once here, our team will work hard to make sure you have the exceptional service you deserve during your visit. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by one of our techs and given an extensive coach orientation showing you not only how everything works, but that everything is working properly. You will also receive a free RV starter kit and you are welcome to stay the night in our private and fully covered delivery park. As a Motor Home Specialist customer you will also enjoy preferred service after the sale.
Our newly designed service facility includes a large private entrance, a dining and recreation room complete with large LCD TVs, DVD players, satellite service and even a full kitchen is available for your use. Our fully stocked parts house, featuring the latest in online ordering and tracking software, supports our tremendous team of RVIA master certified Technicians who get the job done right. At Motor Home Specialist you will also find an onsite fueling station and LP gas tank. For your convenience we have a State inspection & emissions bay also located on-site and several customer video rooms and computer kiosks are located throughout the facility.
We also offer covered parking, as well as a covered patio and dining area. Every unit on display will have a clearly marked sale price and is kept stocked with cold bottled water for your refreshment; you are even welcome to use one of our complementary golf carts while shopping. It spans over 40 acres with 60 more acres of property already purchased and waiting for future expansions. Much of the staff now includes other family members including Doug's sons Tyler, Kelly and Patrick who returned home in 2007 after 22 years in the U.S Army Infantry. You will also find Sharon’s mom in warranty claims and even “Uncle Paul” in parts. Doug’s first grandson Bobby has also joined the team making Motor Home Specialist have 3 generations of family involved in the day to day operations.
